3. Booking and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice until confirmed. Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Final payment due dates will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of reservations.
• Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Horizon Travel Co.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary significantly depending on the travel service provider and the type of booking. Please review the specific cancellation and refund policies provided at the time of booking for each component of your trip. Horizon Travel Co. will facilitate cancellations and refunds according to these policies, subject to any administrative fees.

Any administrative fees charged by Horizon Travel Co. for processing cancellations will be clearly communicated.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

• Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, health declarations, and any other necessary travel documents for all countries you plan to visit or transit through. Horizon Travel Co. can provide general guidance but cannot guarantee entry into any country.
• Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks.

6. Limitation of Liability

Horizon Travel Co., its employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) or from unforeseeable events beyond our control (force majeure). Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.
